1. For carbon steel plate/Q235 plate, when air is used as auxiliary gas for cutting, after the plate thickness exceeds 1.5mm, certain burrs will be generated on the cutting section, but the generated burrs are not sharp, and the paper will not be scratched during the scratch test. For different power and different types of vibrators, the thickness of air that can be cut as an auxiliary gas is different.
2. For stainless steel plate/SUS304 plate, when air is used as auxiliary gas for cutting, the cutting section will produce a yellow oxide layer.
3. For aluminum plate/A1050 plate and aluminum alloy plate/5052 plate, when air is used as auxiliary gas for cutting, the cutting burr will be reduced compared to nitrogen.
